The 22nd annual celebration of Mexican Independence from Spanish rule features live music, DJs, dance lessons, more than 100 vendors offering Mexican food, arts and crafts and more. On Sunday, the fest doubles as the end location for the 26th Street Mexican Independence Day Parade. Music schedule TBA.

Chicago SummerDance Festival

Dance to all types of music at the the 15h annual, 11-week festival. Have two left feet? That's no excuse. Each event includes an hour of professional dance instruction on the alfresco floor followed by two hours of live music.

German-American Festival

The annual fest features food and drink vendors and live music.
The annual Von Steuben Parade (2 p.m. Saturday) steps off at 4000 N. Lincoln Ave. and proceeds along Lincoln Avenue, Wilson Avenue and Western Avenue until reaching the festival site at Western and Leland Avenues.

Food Trucks in Grant Park
